Il faut creer un fichier "autoexec.cfg" dans "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg" et mettre vos commandes dedans

Quelques paramètres de lancement :
-high for high priority
-freq or -refresh for changing refresh rate
-novid to skip intro
+mat_hdr_enabled 0 & +mat_hdr_level 0 to disable HDR
-console to enable console
